Default Playing with fire

Good morning,

I can't believe from making my own smoker 2 years ago evolved into this!

I took a "gourmet" pizza making class in 1989, no wood fire oven there. I did get the basics of sauce and dough down.... fast forward 20 years, 00 flour, Marzano tomatoes.... and now a WFO in my future!

I would love to see a build in progress in the Los Angeles / Ventura county area.

Thanks!

Hey Bruce

I'm just getting going on my barrel vault. Got the stand done and am now waiting for my insulation to arrive so I can lay the hearth bricks. I'm in Camarillo and you're welcome to see mine.

That would be great, when will you be doing the insulation / hearth bricks?
