| We walked outside of our hotel in Rome (the Nerva just outside the forum), and I stuck my head inside the pizzeria with a Forno a Legna next door to check it out. Imagine how fun it was to see that the oven was a Forno Bravo Ristorante (called Special Pizzeria in the Italian market). It's been there for years and was cranking out huge numbers of pizzas in a bustling, touristy restaurant. Cool. If felt like a good omen. James

| Well shoot. They were closed when we went back the next day with the camera, but I have more, more, more in Florence. http://fornobravo.com/forum/showthre...=2750#post2750 James
