| Hi guys, us Ozzy's are taking over hey? Just completed my oven, went the 'easy' option for my first one and got a refractory kit style oven. Will probably do a brick one in my other house in a year or two. Still learning how to cook in the thing but its all coming along nicely. Just one question for all you knowledgeable guys here, where can i get CAPUTO FLOUR IN AUSTRALIA? Cheers guys. Mic Mt Gambier South Australia |

| OK - your subject line sucked me in - I thought you were going to talk about Ozzy Osbourne (big time fan) Les...

| We get 00 flour from Woolworths. Iwouldn't use bread flour again. It is way too elastic. The 00rolls out beautifully, you'll never go back. It's like power steering and airconditioning ! |

| Thanks David, yes i have been using the 'OO' flour from woolies aswell its not too bad, but really want to try the CAPUTO stuff, it must be available somewhere in Australia surely? Im pretty sure i read somewhere, a cafe in Sydney uses it to make their pasta, so where do they get it from? I doubt id be able to get it through the FB site plus the postage would be crazy. |
