Default Newbie in San Jose

Hello all, recently installed a Woof Fired Oven in our new home here in San Jose CA. Been lurking around the site, I'm anxious to start using the oven for more than just Pizza. Well, I shouldn't say "just pizza", after all, it is the perfect food

Hi Dale,

Congrats on finishing your oven. Did you build your own or a modular kit?

Feel free to post photos.

I did not build it, my contractor installed, it was a pre built. He just framed around it. Here is a pix.
