Newbie from Louisiana - Forno Bravo Forum: The Wood-Fired Oven Community

I just ordered my oven and it will arrive shortly. We are going to attempt to build the oven ourselves.....with all these examples and instructions we feel confident. We lived in Italy briefly 20 years ago and I have been dreaming of a pizza oven ever since.

Welcome - My wife is a native of New Orleans, you can get some awesome hot sausage there. Can't wait to see your Crawfish pie!
