hi there,

just joined. i'm looking forward to see what i can get out of this forum. i'm hoping for some exciting recipies.

my oven...hmm...a not so great model from the 70's that needs cleaning.

Hello all
I am new to all this so bear with me. LOL I have built a couple of concession trailers in the past and am in the planning process to build a mobile pizza trailer. I am learning from ya'll and soaking up knowledge like a sponge.

ps. lol yea theres alotta good redneck in this ole hippie despite brain cells burned in my younger stupider days

hey all,
looking to connect with some one in the nyc area thats willing to have their brains picked. questions reguarding pizza oven, venting the oven, use of wood in a gas oven etc.
