New Premio2g100 guy

Hi guys and gals. Just wanted to say "Hello". I just recently bought a Premio2g100 residential modular oven and it's being put up at the moment. I did a search and only see a couple of threads on the Premio2g100, so I'll start a thread soon on my ODK/WFO build. Hoping to learn a lot from this site.
