| My name is Xene, I'm building a 48" Pompeii (or Naples-style - can't decide) oven in Iowa. I've added some pictures to my album already and I'll try to keep up with adding more as I go. I am really looking forward to participating here and hope you can answer any odd ball questions I might come up with -I have access to a number of free building materials and as I work through the build, I will be looking for expert advice on the best way to proceed. Thanks in advance, I can't wait to see how this comes together (with your help of course!) Cheers to good eating! |
