Hello to all of you. I recently joined the forum and look forward to learning and sharing from you folks. I built my own oven in 2009 and cooked our thanksgiving turkey in it this year. I built my oven using an Alan Scott design, and finishing the exterior using my own ideas. I will be posting my photos soon.
