Default Looking for Wood Fired Oven Cooking Classes

Hi there,
Just joined your forum, have a brand new pizza oven and am planning to take off work the first two weeks in August to learn how to use it. Live in Maryland but plan to make a vacation out of travelling to a class or two. Any suggestions for where to take classes?
Thanks

Hi Cindy - you might want to check out Canuck Jim's webpage :: Mary G's Artisan Breads :: Traditional wood-fired brick-oven breads made to uncompromising gourmet standards

He runs a series of workshops that are reviewed well...

And if you come up here in August, you'll catch the only little bit of summer, that it looks like we'll have....
