Hey all,

Im a Kiwi living in Muskoka, Onatario.

just set the last brick in my first oven, deffinately a few learning moments for one with little to no masonary expereince.

Looks like a nice build. You and I are on about the same track. I just starting my curing fires and will enclose it probably next weekend or so. I like your wooden hearth, can't wait to see it all done.
