Smile Just wanted to introduce myself
Hi,
I have been watching this site for quite some time, as I'm interested in one day opening a wood-fired pizzeria. I live in New Jersey and right now am mostly interested in taking a class either in LA or Italy. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the group!

Keep reading through the forum and the old posts. There are occasional threads that include discussion about the various classes, and Forno Bravo is talking about hosting some classes in the future..
