Smile Just Starting!

Hi I have just commenced building my first wood fire oven. Dug the foundation and ready for pouring the concrete on the weekend. I am following the Pompei style oven.

Will post updates and photos as I progress.

Ps thank you to Forno Bravo for the free access to their construction booklets.
