Default Introductions/ heat management

Greetings to you all,
I wanted to thank you for the great advice I've read on here periodically over last year. I installed my FB casa2G90 about a year and a half ago & have been having a great time with it. I just haven't been on here much, but after about 15 firings need to start honing the pizza/bread skills. We've had some great pizzas along w/ some mishaps along the way, but all in all it has been fun. I do want to ask some questions & might best do so with video, suggestions on posting video?
