Default Hi From New Zealand
Hi there,
Like many people who build brick ovens, I am a pizza fan, even before I went to Italy for a holiday and got a taste for real pizza. I have a young daughter so having an oven and having people over for good food will be far easier and cheaper than going out.
Ive been visiting the Forno Bravo forum for some time, planning my oven and saving enough money to buy materials (bricks are really expensive in New Zealand - $4.50+gst each.).
Seeing everyone elses ovens is a great help and I will be posting images of mine as I build it.
