Hello from Tennessee

Hello, I've been lurking around the forum for the last few weeks. Really enjoying the reading so far. Looks like a lot of very useful information on the site, and lots of helpful members.

I'm in the research phases still, and will probably be a couple years before I get to attempt to start building an oven for myself. A local bakery has a very large brick and riverstone oven and they sell pizza's on the weekend. It's actually their fault looking in to this :-)

What part of Tennessee are you in? I moved from Southeast Tennessee to Texas a little over a year ago.
