| Yo bud. Looks like we're sort of close to each other both geographically and progress wise. I live in Echo Park Los Angeles. Any chance of a reverse shot of how you are tying your arch into the next ring of bricks? I have a good line on perlite here from a place in the valley that makes it. Can't remember the name, but I'll hit you back with it. Your oven looks killer as us outhern Californian's say |

| Designated driver? I'll be the designated drunk. Both my sister and I did crushes at Au Bon Climat/Qupe. Me in 1994, my sister in 2000. Bob Linquist is donating a couple of cases of Bien Nacido Syrah for our launch party.. My sis also crushed with the Winiarski's at Stags Leap Wine Cellars, Mondavi, A couple of French wineries, A place in Chile I can't remember, South Island New Zealand, all over Australia, and most recently Domaine Drouhin, a biodynamic joint up in Oregon.. There will be wine at the party. |
