Just wanted to say "ciao" to all the forumites and introduce myself. I am Jack Briggs and am a luthier by trade. I build high end electric guitars, and have had an almost obsessive desire to make the perfect pizza for decades.

Glad I found this forum and to be a part of this community. Maybe I can find some help with my quest for the perfect pizza.

Thanks. Build ovens? If so, no - just trying to improve my pizza making skills at this point.
