Default Hello from Northern Kentucky

I joined the forum several years ago, but only recently found the building site for my commercial oven. Maybe I should have built a small one at home, but things get away from you...ya know.
My interest here is to continue to learn, share and pick your brains, the new ideas I see are fresh too.
Good bread, good wine, good friends, good life, by God!
Roger
