| hi everybody I puchased a Brick oven bakery that was built about 90 years ago and look forward to sharing my experiences as we go along. The oven is coal fired, and it appears, there are not too many of these left. cheers |

| The bakery has been operating continously for the past 10 years, but unfortunately, the previous owner has neglected the oven, did not do much maintenance and so on. For sure I will need to do some repairs to bricks and from what I read and heard, it will be important to get somebody familiar with these ovens to do the repair. I love our bread, one just can't compare our bread to the Supermarket stuff. cheers |
