Hello from NE TN! Are you into mobile WFO's?

Greetings to all! I'm brand new to this forum and am looking
forward to meeting others and exchanging ideas and info.

I'm a chef who plans to open a mobile WF pizza business this spring.
Found a lot of info on the subject on sites such as Veraci Pizza,
The Fire Within, and of course the FB site and forum. I'm on a tight budget
and and hope to invest sweat equity by putting something together myself
(I'm not and oven builder). Has anyone out there built a lasting mobile oven
or incorporated an FB modular oven into their own trailer design? I would
greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions. Best of luck to all in the new year!

I never built one because I decided to get into a different type of food business. Are you interested in building an oven and/or starting a business? I'm in the tri cities also.

i'm interested in building an oven. we'll be selling at the farmers market this year and are planning on getting a farmhouse kitchen certification from the state whenever the next class is offered.

Hey! I'm in a very similar situation to you. New to these forums and hoping to start up a small business based on WFO's Pizza.

The exception being that I'm up in Newark Delaware!
