Default Hello from Houston. Please see question in Primavera Blog

New here. Looking forward to great pizzas. Please see question I posted in the Primavera blog, not sure it is up yet.

Basically I am wondering how sturdy the Primavera stand is and also do you have to have to keep a cover on the oven? It rains a lot in Houston and do you have too cure oven again if it gets wet inside? Or outside?

thanks

Hello Houston, I'm in Austin and have a premavera. The stand is plenty stout, there's a waterproof plaster on the oven, and you do need to cure it.

Welcome! I am another Austinite, and I don't have any answers to your question.
