Hello,
I got it into my head about 4 years ago that I wanted a pizza oven. After researching them I landed on building my own and using the Neapolitan style Pompeii Oven. My wife and I went to Italy in 2006 and our favorite day trip was to Pompeii, so when I saw the oven and read about it, it seemed like fate... or at least a good way to sell it to my wife. 
Anyway, after years of stalking these forums and reading and re-reading the plans I finally broke ground. Unfortunately, our yard does not lend itself to my building a large oven so I will end up with about a 32in i.d.
Anyway, I am attaching a couple photos and will send some as I progress. |
