Default Greetings from the Republic of Texas
Hello,

I have been cooking on a Primo XL, which I love, but have decided to move up to a true wood fired oven. Stay tuned for my journey and thanks for those that have paved the way. I am particularly interested in Tapas, artisan bread and pizza.
