| Hey all- I'm a lifelong NY'er, but I live in upstate NY, not the land of NY-style pizza. That's from New York City. I'm interested in setting up a top quality backyard wood-fired pizza oven and I think I've come to the right place! I just registered, and this is my first post so I haven't had a chance to look around, but I'm sure there is tons of great info here. I'm looking forward to learning about pizza ovens! |

| My oven is in Greene County - which is pretty close to you. I got a lot of stuff from nearby store GNH. Stop 50 came from Kingston Block ( I believe thats what its called ) Let me know if there is anything you're looking for. |

| Heat-stop is a refractory mortar. When it comes in fifty pound bags it's called, you guessed it, Heat-stop50
