Welcome aboard.

Do lots of reading, and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Welcome to the forum. If you have questions dont be affraid to ask. There is a search option at the top of the page that may also be useful for hunting information.

thanks everyone............ we are a family who used to go out to eat very much especially for pizza and with gas prices they way they are today,we really don't go out to eat anymore.in addition to this,we are getting to know our neighbors very well and think that with the addition of a wood fired oven,we will be doing a lot of entertaining which means a LOT of good cooking.this board seems to offer a lot of information.
talk to everyone soon!
Tonto
