Smile G'Day from Another Aussie

I am about to start the journey and build a wood fired oven. I am very glad to have found this forum. The tips, hints and photos from all over the world are astounding and the level of craftmanship I have seen on the forum is terrific.

I have been planning my project for a while now and have (finally) got the OK from 'she who must be obeyed'.

I have an outdoor spa room that we dont use,the plan is to remove the inground spa refit the whole room which is quite large, into an outdoor kitchen with a WFO, charcoal grill pit , BBQ and fridge so all major food groups are covered. I may never cook anything inside the house again once the project is finished, In typical Aussie style my mates are in on this and have voluntered their labor for beers as we build and do the fitout and beers and pizza when it is done.

I am looking forward to learning as I go and this forum wil be a regular part of my build program.
