 Forno Bravo Expo 2011 -- May 14 Hey all, We are happy to announce the date for FB Expo 2011 -- May 14th at our offices on the Monterey Peninsula. We will be demonstrating various wood-fired cooking techniques, making pizza, talking about ovens, and showing Caputo pizza flour, San Marzano tomatoes and a lot more. We are also hoping for some nice spring weather (we held Expo earlier in the year last year and it rained).
