 Fired Up To Go Here is the front cover from Peter's new brochure for his portable wood-fired catering company. Fired Up To Go. He offers rental for just the oven; or the oven and ingredients, plus he fully catered events. Peter is a classically trained European chef and has owned high-end restaurants in the past, and he can definitely cook! He now has two portable Artigiano ovens and is catering events throughout the North SF Bay Area. James
