 Ahoy! I am from Alberta, but working in the Gulf of Mexico at the moment. Have wanted a wood fired oven ever since a bakery in Cobourg opened up with one. Been enamored ever since. My wife & I just got a house so I am going to start breaking ground on it when I next get home! She bakes pies for the farmers market & we have entertained the idea of opening a bakery one day, so this will give us a chance to learn the tricks of the trade. S.      |

| Re: Ahoy! Welcome aboard, glad to have you here. You will find just about any info you need right here. You are working in the Gulf of Mexico and I live 3 hours north of the Gulf of Mexico , small world isnt it.
