| Does anybody know where I can get a pizza turning peel in the UK. Forno Bravo UK do one as part of a kit, but I already have the other 2 parts of the kit and spending the best part of £100 for effectively just a small peel, won't get past my financial controller. I attach a photo of my financial controller cleaning our current small peel, cunningly disguised as a child's spade! Thanks Simon |

| Peter, We had our first proper Pizza cooking session yesterday, and the temperature the oven got to, I am not sure I could manage with a peel that short? Even with fire gloves on, my skin was bubbling if in the oven for too long! Do you find yours long enough? the one on the site says overall length 20 inches, 7" of that is the blade. My spade is around 36" and that seemed about right, but obviously not that professional! Maybe I need more practise until my skin hardens!! Simon |

| Here's where I got my peels and brush from: Barmans Fast delivery, apart from my big peel which was out of stock, and they sent separately a couple of weeks later.

| Carl, I must be getting fussy now, the smallest blade they do is 9" I was hoping for a little smaller. My spade is 6" across and seems ideal in terms of access and moving around inside the oven. I guess I could grind it down to make it smaller. Thanks for the link, I will give it some thought. Simon |
