| Holey Golden Peel Batman!! I made a new holey peel yesterday, its all aluminium construction and I just had to paint the handle gold....

| Thanks Brickie, you just gave me an idea. I have 2 of the monster aluminum peels (without holes) from GI Metals. I only attempted to use them once, finding them too large and requiring way to much flour to keep my pizzas from sticking. They have just been hanging on my rack for 4 yrs. I think I am going to sacrifice one of them; cut it down about 2 inches (paddle end), drill the holes, and cut the handle down at least 12". If it works out as a loading peal I will do the same to the other. No real harm done if I don't like them, they've just been $200 wall ornaments for the past 4 yrs.
