Hello, I'm in the process of building a 36" Pompeii oven. I've got the dome and doorway complete. I've fired the oven like the directions instructed. Unfortunately, I started reading the forum too late. My dome heighth ended up at 23" and my doorway is 12" high. With the recommended dome heigth of 18", is this going to cause a problem with the functionality of the oven or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
