| What is the downside of fitting a wall-to-wall stone in a gas or electric oven and burning a little aromatic wood to get that wood oven taste? And when you digest that idea, I tell you how to incorporate steam to get a crusty bread without having to char the bread. There is no end to this German's ingenuity.
