Default burning a little wood in a gas or electric oven?

What is the downside of fitting a wall-to-wall stone in a gas or electric oven and burning a little aromatic wood to get that wood oven taste?

And when you digest that idea, I tell you how to incorporate steam to get a crusty bread without having to char the bread.

There is no end to this German's ingenuity.

I don't know how this forum works but if you would copy any response to dieter@one.net , I'll be responsive.
