| The Casa2G100 Bill of Materials says to get 30 bags of 80lb premixed concrete, the Sakrete website says 11 for the same hearth size, who is right? The manual has a misprint maybe? Thanks, Joe |

| I am new to the forum and don't have the size of the hearth. But roughly every 3 to 4 SQ' is 1 cubic foot. Each bag does roughly 2/3 of a cubic foot. 1 yard is 27 cubic feet so would take about 36 bags. So if it is close to a yard 30 is right if close to a third of a yard then 11 bags is right. Just figure every 3 sq feet is 1 cubic foot. |
