WFO Isla Margarita Venesula

On Isla Margarita there is a little village called El Yaque.. a world famous windsurfing destination.. there are several wfo restaurants , but we frequented Ernesto's.. now my Spanish is bad , and so is Ernesto's English , but he told me he built his WFO using a large beach umbrella as a form . great pizzas , only open at night , and of interest , no wood on this desert island , they have to bring it in from the mainland!
