Default Una Pizza Napolitana -- NY

Here is the latest report from Adam, on-route back to California (via NY) from Naples.

One side note, Michael was in da Michelle last week, so we will have a report on that as well. Adam missed it, but Michael made it.

Pizza Report # 4

Pizzeria-
Una Pizza Napolitana
349 E. 12th street
NYC 212.477.9950
open 4 days a week from 5pm til they run out of dough!

well, daMichele was on deck for review, but my time
ran short in Napoli. A flight from Rome to New York
was next, and I made sure to try out Una Pizza
Napolitana, because it was recommended to me by Marco
Bianco in Phoenix, AZ. The pizziaolo here (Anthony
Mangieri) is from New Jersey, but his grandmother is
from Naples! (does that count?) The pizza was good,
but not as good as the Phoenix pie, and a bit pricey.
Are you ready? New York prices being what they are (a
movie is $11.50)
Margarita, Marinara, Filetto, Bianco... all $21 for a
12" pie (ouch)
After the 3 euro pies on via Tribunale, well...

recommended? end of report.
Adam
