Default Pizza Rustica, Philadelphia PA

So I found what was advertised as "wood burning oven" pizza... I saw wood piled up in the back... but the oven was running on gas since it's a Monday and it's not very busy. The guy running the oven said, "you should come back, it tastes different with wood." I said, "I know!", not sharing that I have an oven in my backyard!!

Pizza Rustica Online - About Us

Pizzas were decent... pretty good actually, but would have been GREAT with a higher temp and better darker browning/scorching of the crust.

Had the margharita -- very light crushed tomatoes.

Also had a veggie with "everything", artichoke, mushroom olive, etc.

Also had the Sicilian (capers, olives, etc.) with chicken.
