| Great video. That dough is beautiful and nowhere near 63% hydration. I'm gonna have to tighten mine up. Had my wagon running for a family picnic. I got beat up pretty good working with 63% in 90+F heat and of course, high humidity. Can you say...Taffy? You just can't follow strict rules because Things Change...Constantly. |
