Default New Neapolitan pizza joint in Colorado

A new wood burining pizza restaurant opened near me. Top quality! They use san marzano tomatoes, EVO, homemade mozzarella, 00 flour. They get the pizzas out fast, less than 5 minutes from order time to your table.

Via Baci

Yum!

Hi,

I live in Lakewood CO. What is the name and location of the new pizza place?

Never mind I found the link.

Thanks,

Brian

I've eaten at Via Bacci numerous times. Nice people too. Top notch pie.

Very similar to the job they do at Punch Pizza in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area.

Another good one recently opened in downtown Denver - Marco's Coal-fired Pizza. Very good, and VPN certified.

I've enjoyed both Via Bacci (in Lonetree on Lincoln) and Marco's downtown. Both are great and compare to Neopolitan pizzas in New York.

Via Bacci is less expensive. $10.95 for their margherita (sp?) versus $16 ish at Marco's.

I recommend both though. Go to the one that you're closest to. You will not be disappointed. We're lucky to have two.
