Default Grupo di Amici, Chicago

Here is a photo of a good-looking FB Ristorante oven in Grupo di Amici, in Chicago. Ken Shook, our installer in Illinois did a great job, and I think the oven looks really good. Ken is an Italian-trained Venetian plasterer, and he does a great job.

That said, he hasn't eaten at the restaurant yet, but he says the menu and layout are excellent.

So, you can fly to Chicago, go to a Cub's game (it's in the neighborhood), and have a great pizza.

The bullet hanging from the ceiling looks like it came out of the gun on the South Dakota & Iowa Class Battleships like the USS South Dakota, New Jersey or the Mighty Mo. Both the fixture and the oven are impressive.

Thanks to you both for the posts. Just one quick correction ... the name of our restaurant is spelled "Gruppo di Amici". We're also about a 15 minute train ride from Wrigley Field right off of the Jarvis Red Line "El" stop.
