 Fireside Pies - Dallas Fireside Pies in Dallas pushed me over the edge and forced me to build my own oven... http://firesidepies.com They have the coldest beer and I'm embarassed to admit - nice fruity sangria. They also make the best fruit pie desserts...cooked in a wood oven with some kind of honey cookie crumble on top. I tried but can't duplicate it at home. Check out the website - it is pretty cool.
