| Well, yesterday I finally got up the courage to light the oven up for real! For the first time I had trouble getting a decent fire going, so the oven was only at 600 degrees when we stuck a little test bread in. It was already around 10pm, on account of my fire starting issues. It was great. The pizza took a little longer to cook but it didn't last long after it came out! |

| I like to cook pizza at about 800 to 850 degrees, but 600 degrees will also produce a tasty pizza. |
