| Fired up the oven for bread - wayyyy too hot so burnt bread ..... did I mention I have perfected pizzas? Not to waste heat chopped up loads of courgettes (zucchinis) fresh parsley, onions, green bell pepper, garlic, tin chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, olive oil - and covered with foil and cooked it - removed foil and finished it off - eat with feta. |

| Hi Asimenia You are clearly modest the results klook great and I bet they tasted terrific, I will give it a try. unfortunatley its very hard to cook bread in a wood oven with any flame. You can usually do it when there are coals but not flames. You could also use a camp oven, or French cast iron cooking pot. if you want any suggestions let me know |
