Default Salmon, pizza toppings and even pizza.

Had a few more dishes last Sunday. Way too much food for way to few people. But who doesn't like leftovers.... In fact, there was leftover roasted chicken from a previous evening which made a great pesto chicken pizza.

Also roasted some fennel though next time I'll probably par boil it first. Did end up adding some whine and stock to the pan to help soften it up. Tasted great.

That all look delicious, specially the salmon.

But my favourite is the fennel with whine... so it just sat there grumbling about the heat, yeah?
