| Had some marvelous pizzas last night. It was the first time we tried hot italian sausage (go figure - I have no idea why we had not tried that already). It was hot - but great when not over applied. Threw some garlic cloves and olive oil in foil near the opening of the oven during fire up and 1 hr later it came out roasted to perfection. I love roasted garlic but was not prepared for how good it was on a simple lightly cheesed pizza (with a little fresh basil) I love my oven!!!! Christo
