| I din't make this in the brick oven, but wanted to post it because of what my daughter said. I made a nice risotto, then finished it with the frozen mussels you can get at Trader Joes or the supermarket. I nuked the mussel, and finished the rice with sauce, then put the mussels around the serving dish. I sliced arugola on top and it looked great. Then, my 12-year-old said "you're making it look good so you can take a photo for the user group, aren't you. James
