 Leftover Stew Leftovers  What to do with a little bit of all those gourmet meals?We're getting ready to head back to Michigame...made a nice stew out of the leftovers....Jimmer Beans, Chicken soup, lentils, red pepper stuffing, soup stock, wine, pisto manchego sauce, etc ....boiled it up and added couscous at the end.....rested a bit.....talk about a filling and nutritous treat! I find that making a good meal out of leftovers is great fun! Time for SpringJim again?? X
