| I'm not doing anything new here but I thought I'd share it (sorry didn't get the pizza or strudel pics) It was my 3rd son's 1st birthday today, we had a stack of people over for lunch. I cooked about 18 pizzas (well 4 garlic breads, 13 pizzas + 1 calzone). As usual one has a few bits and pieces left over(toppings) and once you get down to the last few pizzas everyone is full. So I got the last dough and a stack of toppings to make this calzone - It has ham, mozarella, cheddar, pineapple, capsicum, onion, sun dried tomatoes, calamatta olives and mettwurst. I folded it over and stuck it in the back of the oven while I was cooking the apple strudel. It has cooked through as it was a lower heat over a longer time. It got stuck in the fridge and now I'm sitting down (after cleaning up) having a late tea and eating it ...yumm - waste not want not. time for a coffee and chocolate cake
