| It's Friday and it is due to be 30' today (86'F) so it will be warm evening and I feel like firing up the oven for a relaxing start to the weekend. But what sort of pizzas will I make? I tend to make the same kinds every time I use the oven because: a) that's what we like and: b) because it's easy. What shall I cook tonight that is a bit different?

| How about these as a couple of great Aussie pizzas? They are from the Station Bar in Katoomba, NSW Warrimoo Kangaroo Fillet, Shaved & Marinated In Shiraz & Peppercorn On Bush Tomato with Chilli, Jalapenos, Baby Spinach, Roast Red Capsicum & Red Onion Bullaburra Saltwater Crocodile with Wild Lime & Ginger Marinade, Coconut Cream, Baby Spinach, Roast Red Capsicum & A Wedge Of Lime

| They sound great! What time do I get there? I usually have a host of meats and lots of different seafoods as I prefer these. The traditional toppings are always available especially for those 'fussy eaters' of pizza Neill

| In the end we had Italian fennel sausage with garlic mushrooms and then smoked chicken with caramelized onion. Neill, sorry you missed out but we ate the pizza on the front lawn with the neighbours while the possums where leaping about in the gum tree overhead

| After reading that list anything I might suggest would fall waaayyyy short of your creativity. What does Kangaroo taste like? Don't say chicken (haha) |

| Kangaroo is like lean beef but with a stronger taste but not as "gamey" as venison. It is not sold in huge volume but most larger supermarkets sell it. They weren't my pizza ideas by the way. They were from the Station Bar in Katoomba. Here is the link to their menu... http://stationbar.com.au/menu ... they have a few good looking pizzas on there worth trying

| I would imagine roo is pretty lean (tough). Seems the only area with any meat on the bone is those hind legs which appear to be a mass of lean muscle. How is it best prepared? RT |
